Shipping

We aim to get orders dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Saturday, after we have confirmed the payment.

Please keep in mind: when your tracking number says "delivered", it  means the carrier scanned the package before left it at your mailbox/address.

If you can't find it, you need to ask your local postal service, or the carrier.


Shipping Times

Standard shipping is about 3-5 business days within the US, but carriers may change it in some cases.

Any reference to "business days" will be Monday through Friday only.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are dictated by the weight of the overall order, the size of the package, the distance traveling and the shipping option selected. In order to receive a shipping quote, follow these steps:

  1. Compile your entire order in the online shopping cart, so that final weight can be calculated.
  2. Enter your country, state/province, and ZIP/postal code.

You will be shown all of the available shipping options, and the prices for each.


Return policy

You can return, or exchange your item within 14 days upon receiving. Full refund of the item's price will be given, but buyers are responsible for return postage. We can not accept returns on worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used items. Please contact us before returning the item.
