Do you take dropship orders?
- Yes we do.
- Place an order as usual, add your customer's address to it and send us a note "dropshipped" and we make sure our details will be hidden.
Is there a minimum order?
- Only for embroidery. Bulk orders can receive negotiated discount though.

What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept all major credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover).
- You can also pay us through PayPal or Apple Pay,Zelle and Google Pay service.
- We do not ship COD.
- We will not process your order until we have received the payment.
How soon do you ship an order?
- We ship most orders within the same day.
- On weekends we can be ship till 3 pm.
- Keep in mind that even if you choose an expedited shipping method (2nd Day Air / 3 Day Select), it may take up to 2 business days to prepare your order to ship.
How do you ship an order?
- Depends on the size of your order we use USPS, FedEx, or in some cases private trucking companies.
- Tracking number is provided once shipped.
Can I return an item I do not want?
- In case of blank apparels,yes, as long as the item is not opened or damaged.
- You need to contact us before returning custom orders!
- Double check your shopping cart prior to placing an order.
Can I cancel my order?
- If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
- You may cancel your order if your order has not yet been shipped.
- Shipping fee is NOT refundable.
Can I return an item that is defective?
- We double check to ensure the quality of all our items prior to shipping.
- If you believe that you have received a defective item upon delivery, please write to us within 3 business days from the delivery with a photograph of the defect.
- Upon review, we will provide a store credit for the defective item/s.
What is your return policy?
- Exchanges or Credit/Refunds will only be issued under two conditions:
- Defective product(s)
- Incorrect product(s) received

- Volume orders may receive extra discount.

Do I have to have a tax ID and/or reseller permit / legal business name to order from you?
- If you are located in California, you MUST provide us with your seller's permit when registering your account, otherwise your order will be charged with CA Sales tax accordingly, or cancelled.
